Despite these strengths, the hotel’s rooms reveal significant drawbacks. Location
Hotel Integra boasts a commendable location that guests have repeatedly praised. Nestled in a central part of Doboj, the hotel provides easy access and convenience. Visitors appreciate the quiet rooms and the friendly reception staff, adding to the overall positive experience. The stylish ambiance further enhances the hotel's appeal. Notably, guests have highlighted the hotel's excellent GPS coordinates, ensuring ease of navigation. For those visiting Doboj, Hotel Integra stands out as a top choice combining good location, cleanliness and all-around attentive service.
Breakfast
At Hotel Integra, guests have shared varied opinions about the breakfast experience, but many comments lean towards the positive. The hotel offers a good breakfast that is served à la carte rather than as a buffet. Some guests found the breakfast excellent and appreciated the variety of dishes available. The fact that breakfast is included in the accommodation price is often noted as a plus. While a few guests felt the breakfast options, especially the focus on eggs, could be improved, overall, the service and quality were generally well-received. The positive remarks often highlight the thoroughness of the staff and the enjoyable start to their day at the hotel.
Rooms
Hotel Integra offers rooms that notably fall short in several key areas. The rooms are generally small and lack essential features such as work tables. Some rooms come with a small table, but it's insufficient for work purposes. Located next to a gas station and near a highway, these rooms often suffer from noise and lower convenience.
Many guests have commented on an unappealing odor present in the rooms, often accompanied by moisture issues. The rooms also appear outdated with limited facilities including only one power socket inconveniently placed near the door.
The air conditioning units are particularly problematic, generating loud noise comparable to a tractor, making it difficult to sleep with them on. Furthermore, the bathroom design is impractical; it's challenging to exit the shower cabin due to the toilet bowl's placement and the cramped space makes it impossible for two people to use the bathroom simultaneously. The bathroom also has its own odor issues, adding to the overall discomfort.
In summary, while Hotel Integra may suffice for a short stay, it lacks the comfort and modern amenities one might expect for a more extended visit.

The kindness and politeness of the entire staff were apparent in every interaction and their multilingual abilities made communication smooth and effortless. From the friendly team to the exceptionally courteous service, the staff at Hotel Integra truly enhanced my experience, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
