Summarized by AI
At Le Saint Gervais Hotel & Spa Handwritten Collection, guests have mixed feelings about the pool area. On a positive note, many appreciate the presence of both indoor and outdoor pools, describing the outdoor pool as lovely despite being crowded and situated close to the main street with a frosted glass wall. The pools are consistently noted for their cleanliness and neat arrangement within the spa zone. The hotel provides the advantage of having a pool and spa accessible to guests, which is generally welcomed.
However, several guests found the pool areas less than ideal. Both pools are considered small and the water is often reported as cold, which can be disappointing for those expecting a more heated environment. The indoor pool is particularly criticized for being cramped and requiring a reservation, which can be inconvenient for guests looking for spontaneous relaxation. Unfortunately, the proximity of the pool to the road and limited space, especially when the outdoor terrace is closed, detracts from the overall wellness experience.
In summary, while the pools contribute to the spa offerings at the hotel, their size and temperature are notable areas for improvement to enhance guest satisfaction.

The pool at Hôtel Arbois Bettex offers a unique experience with its breathtaking view of Mont Blanc, making it a standout feature of the hotel. Positioned outdoors, the pool's large size is perfect for enjoying the hot summer weather, providing a refreshing escape. Despite some remarks on cleanliness issues and occasional maintenance problems, many guests found the pool delightful and appreciated its warm and clean water. Overall, the combination of location, scenery, and pool amenities tends to leave a positive impression on visitors.
