Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel IN in Biograd is widely praised for its prime location, offering picturesque views of the marina and easy access to the city center, historic old town, beach, market and bus station. Guests appreciate the tranquillity and charm provided by its sailing harbor setting, along with its sufficient amenities and competitive price-to-quality ratio.
The breakfast experience at Hotel IN is generally very positive with guests enjoying a diverse and plentiful buffet that caters to various dietary preferences. The setting on the large terrace overlooking the marina enhances the dining atmosphere. However, a few guests noted occasional limitations in menu variety and aspects not meeting four-star standards.
While the dinner experience receives mixed feedback, several guests commend the food quality, large portions and the affordability of the meals. The picturesque view from the restaurant enhances the dining experience for many. However, inconsistency in terms of food variety and quality has led to significant disappointments among other guests.
Cleanliness is a standout feature at Hotel IN with immaculate rooms and well-maintained common areas frequently noted by guests. The spacious, modern rooms, equipped with comfortable beds and modern furnishings, often include large balconies or terraces offering stunning marina views, greatly enhancing the overall appeal.
The staff at Hotel IN is frequently lauded for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism across all areas, from reception to dining, contributing significantly to the pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
Parking options are available but come with mixed reviews. While convenient, these spaces may be limited, particularly during peak periods. Guests should be prepared for additional costs associated with secured parking options.
Lastly, opinions on the bed quality are varied with several guests highlighting the comfort and size of the beds, enhanced by the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms. However, there are remarks about the beds being too soft and in need of new mattresses.
In summary, Hotel IN promises a picturesque and pleasant stay with its prime location, cleanliness and friendly staff standing out as key highlights, despite some areas needing consistency improvements, particularly in dining services.
