The staff is very attentive and ensures that guests are well looked after. The hotel ticks all the boxes with its basic standard of accommodation in a nice location. Although some guests mentioned that the hotel needs updating, the overall experience is still very enjoyable. The hotel could, however, advertise and encourage guests to eat in-house as the details of nearby Hutchinson Square are inadequate. All in all, this hotel is well worth the value and provides a superb stay for its guests.
