At Baymont by Wyndham Monroe, guests have shared mixed experiences regarding the hotel's pool. While multiple reviews praise the pool as great, nice, exceedingly pleasant and beautiful, indicating that it is well-maintained and offers a pleasant experience when open, there seems to be a recurring issue with its availability. Many guests found the pool often closed due to various maintenance reasons such as painting, being under repair or awaiting parts. Concerns were also raised about the pool being cold, not working or having no water during some stays, leading to disappointment because it was one of the few highlights of the hotel for some visitors. Furthermore, the pool area was noted for needing regular cleaning and potential updates. Despite the positive feedback about the pool itself, these closures and maintenance issues have notably impacted the overall guest experience.
