Alto El Quisco receives ample praise for its prime location, situated near the city center, bus terminals, restaurants and beaches, making it convenient for both pedestrian and vehicular travelers. The tranquil, central setting provides a relaxing atmosphere with scenic street views, further contributing to the hotel’s charm.
Cleanliness is another standout feature at Alto El Quisco. Guests frequently commend the spotless bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, appreciating the meticulous maintenance that ensures a relaxing and comfortable environment. The presence of clean linens and well-kept facilities enhances the overall guest experience, complemented by the hotel’s strategic location close to key attractions.
The staff at Alto El Quisco is a shining highlight, known for their attentiveness, friendliness and professional yet warm approach to hospitality. Descriptions of the team emphasize their empathy and willingness to assist, significantly enhancing the overall guest experience with their exceptional service.
The rooms at Alto El Quisco are noted for their cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness. Many rooms offer beautiful sea views and are well-maintained, although there are areas for improvement, such as the need for better bathroom equipment, additional amenities and improved heating. However, the comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of the rooms, especially for families, are well-regarded.
Breakfast at Alto El Quisco receives mixed feedback. Though it is not included in the room price, many guests find it delicious and filling when ordered separately. The option to enjoy breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant or have it brought to the room adds a level of convenience, though the service could benefit from more consistency.
Parking options, including private and underground facilities, are generally appreciated for their security and convenience, despite some limitations in space and the shared nature of the lot.
In summary, Alto El Quisco offers an excellent blend of a central, accessible location, a clean and comfortable environment and exceptional service. While there are minor areas for improvement, the overall experience at the hotel makes it a highly recommended option for those looking to explore El Quisco and enjoy a pleasant stay.
