Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Sabana Park is lauded for its well-thought-out location, providing a serene escape while being conveniently close to key areas such as Chía, Cajicá, Zipaquirá and Bogotá. Guests appreciate its proximity to excellent restaurants, main attractions and shopping centers, complemented by the modern elegance and cleanliness of its setting. Despite occasional challenges in access without a car and some navigational complexity for taxis, the hotel's quiet and safe environment, coupled with splendid views, offers a tranquil and restful atmosphere.
The breakfast experience at Hotel Sabana Park tends towards the positive side. Many guests praise the buffet for its delicious and varied options, which include freshly squeezed juices, fruits and cured meats. The service during breakfast is often described as attentive and impressive. However, some guests feel that the breakfast is overpriced and that the quality doesn't always justify the cost, citing occasional issues like cold items and dry eggs.
Dining options, including dinner, are highly praised for their impressive quality and variety. The restaurant, particularly Vulcano and the Gastrobar, are well-received with guests often commenting on the delicious food and elegant, cozy ambiance. The excellent service further enhances the dining experience, notwithstanding an isolated comment on bad service.
Guests frequently express satisfaction with the rooms at Hotel Sabana Park, highlighting the modern, spacious and comfortable accommodations. Cleanliness and comfort are consistently praised with beds and pillows often described as exceptionally comfortable. However, a small number of guests reported minor issues such as cold temperatures and some non-functioning appliances.
The hotel maintains a strong reputation for cleanliness with most guests appreciating the well-maintained and spotless facilities. While there were occasional reports of lapses in room cleaning, the overall sentiment remains positive.
The staff at Hotel Sabana Park generally receive commendation for their friendliness, attentiveness and politeness, particularly those in housekeeping and the restaurant. Despite some inconsistencies in the reception staff's helpfulness and warmth, the majority of feedback highlights the team's dedication and kindness.
Wi-Fi quality at Hotel Sabana Park receives mixed feedback. While many guests report good quality and fast connections, there are also mentions of frequent dropouts and connectivity issues in certain rooms.
When it comes to beds, the feedback is predominantly good with the majority of guests finding them super comfortable and well-dressed. However, some guests feel that the mattresses are too soft and sink too much.
Overall, Hotel Sabana Park is highly recommended for its excellent location, modern facilities and comprehensive services. However, it falls short of some five-star expectations, particularly regarding inconsistencies in service and staff training, indicating areas for improvement.
