Garner Hotel Eight Acres Elgin boasts a well-regarded leisure facility that includes a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, often described as clean and of a high standard. Guests praise the swimming pool for being particularly inviting, akin to a warm bath, perfect for a refreshing early morning swim. The leisure facilities, when available, contribute positively to the hotel experience, offering a delightful bonus to one's stay.
However, it's important to note that there have been frequent instances where the pool was unavailable due to closures, repairs, or renovations, which left many guests disappointed as they were eager to savor these amenities. This lack of availability and prior notification regarding the pool's closure has been a recurring concern for visitors, some of whom had hoped to enjoy the pool as a primary reason for booking their stay.
Despite these periods of inaccessibility, when operational, the pool receives acclaim for its pleasant atmosphere, making it a favored spot among guests, particularly young ones who find great joy in their swim sessions. As the hotel ensures the cleanliness and high standards of its leisure facilities, this commitment can significantly elevate the experience of guests during their visit.
