The staff at Erbil Rotana really make a difference! They are incredibly warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive. Many guests have even called them the best staff they've ever seen. Guests especially appreciated the helpfulness of employees like Youssef, Ghazel, Hemin, Albawi, Joseph, Mrs. alveera, Mr. Ahmed and Waseem. The reception staff were also noted for their friendliness and good support. Even waiters and the customer relations manager Marah were called out for their attentiveness and caring attitude. While there were some comments about slow reception staff with poor English, the majority of reviews raved about the amazing and excellent service. Rayanne, Michael, Naveed and Asllan were among the staff who were mentioned positively. Guests appreciated the lovely and kind staff who made them feel at home. A special thanks went out to reception manager Marah and the front desk team Anas, Mustafa and Marsh.
