The Grand Imperial Heritage Hotel has a beautiful courtyard garden with a swimming pool available for guests to use. However, some guests mentioned that the pool area could use a few more sun loungers and refreshing. On the downside, many guests were disappointed with the state of the pool. The tiles were chipped and missing, the stairs were rusted and there were broken drainage grates around the pool. Some guests mentioned that the pool needed a refurbishment and had seen better days. Overall, the pool was in poor condition with many missing tiles, big cracks around the waterline and a filter that never seemed to be on even though staff said it was. The water was often cloudy and full of leaves. Some guests also mentioned that the pool water was dirty and had a brownish color. However, some praised the pool as great and relaxing and even got served food there. Despite the negative reviews, there were occasional mentions of traditional performances in the garden and the poolside decoration was lovely.
