Guests can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and excellent wellness facilities, including a completely smoke-free environment. Some guests felt that the rooms were a bit small for a four-star hotel and that the fixed meal times were not ideal. However, overall the hotel provides a very good level of service and some guests even compliment the French-speaking staff. While the hotel is a bit pricey, it still offers good value for money, although some felt that it was not quite up to the standards of other four-star hotels on Menorca.
