If you're a family with children looking for a fun and relaxing swim, you might be disappointed with the pool situation at Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher's. The pool can only be accessed by reservation and is strictly for adults only with a steep fee of 30 euros per person for just 30 minutes. Those who didn't know about this policy beforehand were understandably let down and some felt that the charge was too high for the experience. Overall, if a hotel pool is a priority for you, it might be best to look elsewhere or factor in the added cost.
