While the rooms have received mixed reviews, most guests had quiet and very clean rooms. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Guests have mixed reviews about the wifi, but the hotel is supposedly upgrading its service. The pool area is nice and enjoyable with a complimentary shuttle service to the cabana beach club.
