The spa at Rosewood São Paulo offers a promising atmosphere with well-maintained sauna facilities. While some guests have found their experiences to be unforgettable, there are areas where improvements are needed. Issues such as lapses in massage quality and cleanliness in the jacuzzi area have been noted. Additionally, it appears that the spa is not yet fully operational, and some treatments might fall short of expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the spa has potential, especially with its connected sauna enhancing the relaxation experience for visitors.
