What is the history of the property? 1st tenant was L. Ratazzi and Company, a general merchant specialising in wine and spirits. Mr. Ratazzi was also a main representative of Norddeutscher Lloyd and later became German Consul. 2nd tenants were various shipping businesses. From 1984 till 1993 it was the Tarantella Night Club, where local and interstate bands had their gigs. Afterwards it was turned into a residential property.
