Dimora Palanca Boutique & SPA presents a mixed experience for those seeking five-star luxury. While the hotel's impressive beauty and spotless cleanliness are often acknowledged, and the staff's service occasionally praised as wonderful, there are several mentions highlighting a gap between the hotel's claimed and perceived standards. Guests have raised concerns about the service, noting that it falls short of expectations for a five-star establishment, with some describing it as beyond non-existent. The reception desk, in particular, did not meet guests' anticipations, revealing a discrepancy between expected and actual service levels. Despite these criticisms, there are positive remarks about the hotel's legitimate claim to five stars, yet these reviews suggest that expectations might not always align with reality, especially given the cost associated with a five-star experience.
