Dall’Onder Grande Hotel Bento Gonçalves offers an appealing pool experience for guests, particularly families with children. The hotel boasts a large, heated, indoor pool, which many have found to be a fantastic and wonderful addition to their stay. The pool is complemented by a spacious kids' area, filled with toys and a playground that children seem to love.
Guests often highlight the excellent pool structure, which includes a thermal aspect and well-maintained facilities. The pool's warm, saltwater has both its fans and detractors with some noting eye irritation and an unusual taste. Nevertheless, the majority appreciate the clean and pleasant environment with some mentioning the beautiful lighting at night and powerful hydro jets for relaxation.
However, not all feedback is glowing. Some guests have reported overcrowding, especially due to day-use visitors, which detracted from the exclusive experience. There were also a few complaints about maintenance issues, such as temperature regulation, cleanliness and occasional closures without prior notice. Despite these minor setbacks, the pool generally receives high marks for its size, warmth and overall enjoyment, making it a highlight for many who stay at the hotel. Overall, the pool at Dall’Onder Grande Hotel is considered a significant asset that greatly enhances the stay for both adults and children.

The pool is set amidst a beautiful garden and a wide green area, contributing to a serene atmosphere. Guests particularly enjoy the pleasant surroundings, which include the lush greenery and a stream, making the overall setting quite appealing. However, some guests have noted that the pool is on the smaller side, and there have been occasional issues with the pool products staining skin.
