Guests value the ease of parking with spaces right in front of the rooms and proximity to Tortugas Mall and the highway. Despite its proximity to major roads, the hotel maintains a serene, isolated feel with all rooms facing a beautifully maintained central garden and pool that provide a tranquil environment for rest and relaxation.
Guests generally enjoy the hotel's breakfast, describing it as plentiful with a variety of options including fruits, yogurts, juices and baked goods. The dining experience is enhanced by the friendly and attentive staff. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant is highlighted for its quality, variety and presentation with dishes such as homemade risotto and pasta earning special mention. Although some find the prices slightly high, most agree that the taste and portion sizes are worth it.

The pool area is another highlight, noted for its beauty and cleanliness with comfortable loungers and a serene setting perfect for relaxation. Parking is convenient with spaces right at the entrance of the rooms, an aspect highly appreciated by those traveling by car. Although some noted that the parking is external and not directly connected to the rooms, the setup overall is favorable.
