In den Jahren 1871/72 wurde das ursprünglich einstöckige Bauernhaus aus den vorhergehenden Jahrhundert abgebrochen und an derselben Stelle ein dreistöckiges Wohnhaus neu erbaut. Später wurde daraus die Villa Kull. Bild 5 zeigt die Villa Kull im ursprünglichen Zustand mit dem vorgebauten Speisesaal (Quellenangabe 2).
