The daytime service at the poolside bar could be slow, but one guest praised the young girl working there. The rooftop pool was a hidden gem, however, some found the temperature uncomfortably cold. The pool's depth was only 1 meter and the present sun umbrellas were never opened. The hotel also had card-controlled lifts which some found over-fussy. Additionally, some guests found the music to be too loud around the pool area. Overall, the pool and pool bar areas were excellent with a lovely ambiance for relaxing, but the hotel could benefit from some improvements in its attentiveness to guests' needs.
