The comfort of the beds, despite minor issues regarding size, is a highlight, consistently noted for providing a restful experience.
The staff's service stands out significantly, praised for their friendliness, helpful attitudes and professionalism. Specific staff members receive commendations for their exceptional service and housekeepers and shuttle drivers contribute positively to guests' experiences. Business travelers also appreciate the hotel for its excellent professional facilities and conducive environment for short stays or one-night business trips.
