The QS Marista Hotel offers a mixed bag of experiences when it comes to its pool facilities. While the pool is heated, indoor and located on the top floor, offering exceptional views of Goiânia, issues such as cleanliness and maintenance detract from its allure. Reviewers appreciated the beautiful city views and the rooftop location, making the pool a notable feature of the hotel, despite its inconsistent temperature regulation and occasional lack of heating. The pool area itself, though promising with its potential for enjoyment, suffers from cleanliness issues and a stuffy, unventilated environment with some guests even noting dirty water and the absence of daily maintenance. Moreover, the pool bar was reported to be non-functional and the availability of pool towels was inconsistent. Despite these drawbacks, the pool is generally well-regarded when maintained properly, appreciated for its relaxing atmosphere and the pleasure of a heated swim. Overall, while the QS Marista Hotel's pool has notable strengths, improvements in maintenance and cleanliness could significantly enhance guest satisfaction.
