The property has been recently renovated and the result is a luxurious and aesthetically pleasing environment that guests can't help but love. Although it's not quite a five-star hotel, it certainly feels like one once you step inside. The magnificent lobby and entry immediately set the tone for a classy and indulgent stay. While some guests found the breakfast to be of low quality, the overall impression left by the hotel was overwhelmingly positive. Even though the service wasn't always up to the standards that you might expect from an international 5-star hotel, guests still had a fantastic time and absolutley loved their stay at the Pullman Cairns International.
