The staff are extremely accommodating and always go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable one. While there were some issues with unsupervised children in the pool and hot tub, the facilities themselves are great and it's a super bonus if you're traveling with older family members. The hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the airport, making it easy to get to and from your flight. Although there isn't a lift in the hotel, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Kids will love the pool, although it can get a little crowded at times. And while there aren't any travel cribs available for babies, this is a minor issue in an otherwise great family hotel.

Friendly staff and good breakfast make for a very nice place to stay. The pool area is wonderful and children will have a blast. The spacious room and crib were perfect for our family of five. The hotel is very kid-friendly with nice baby blankets and a limit on pool bracelets for safety. The pool is great for younger kids and the adjoining two queen bedrooms allow for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great place to stay at a great price with the only downside being that celebrations cannot be held at the pool area.
