Hotel Caravelle - Nuova Gestione 2026 has been receiving mixed reviews lately with some guests expressing their disappointment and stating that it does not live up to its four-star rating. A few guests reported issues with the quality of food and amenities, including empty refrigerators. However, there are those who strongly disagree, as they find the hotel perfect and faultless in every way with great proximity to the aquarium and the sea. Waldorf Palace Hotel presents itself as a four-star establishment, offering well-maintained facilities and very clean accommodations. Guests commend the hotel for its genuine four-star service, great stay experience and well-organized setup, affirming that it deserves its four-star rating in some aspects.
However, feedback highlights several shortcomings that question its four-star status. Many point out that certain services and amenities are not up to the expected standard, such as incomplete toiletries and the absence of essential elements like a fully stocked minibar and complimentary water bottles. Issues like poor spa services, loud air conditioning and the necessity for children to pay extra have been flagged as not in line with four-star expectations.
Breakfast seems to be another area of concern with reports of it being too crowded and not up to the standards one would anticipate from a four-star hotel. Despite these drawbacks, the overall cleanliness and good organization of the hotel are appreciated. Some guests feel the hotel falls short of the four-star mark, rating it closer to a three-star experience, especially when considering the amenities and service levels typically associated with higher-rated hotels.
