Together Florence Urban Resort offers a mixed experience for guests, particularly when it comes to living up to its four-star rating. Numerous reviews indicate that the hotel's services and amenities fall short of what one might expect from a four-star establishment. Specific complaints include the overall quality of the breakfast and the standard of the mattresses and pillows. The pool area also received criticism for cleanliness and size, further driving home the sentiment that the facilities do not match the advertised star rating.
Despite these issues, some reviewers found the hotel to be a good value for the money. Those looking for basic accommodations might appreciate the balance between price and what the hotel offers. However, guests seeking a true four-star experience with corresponding amenities and services may find the hotel lacking.
