Guests can't stop raving about the attentive reception desk staff, singling out Chloe for special mention. The manager of the breakfast area, Cathy, is described as extremely helpful and kind. And if you're in the mood for a massage, be sure to ask for Nico, who is exceptional at her job. Checking out is made easy by Iris, who not only sorted out the bill, but also extended an invitation to stay for a show. While some guests did mention being asked to pay for separate items repeatedly, overall the hotel staff were highly attentive. And when it comes to going above and beyond, manager Marta is singled out for always being willing to collaborate and help with guests' needs.
