Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
FabHotel Keerthi's Anupama - Nr Indira Gandhi Stadium benefits from a fantastic, centrally located position near the bus stand and the renowned Durga temple, offering convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Despite being in a bustling market area, the hotel's prime location consistently earns high marks from guests, making it an ideal spot for temple visits and shopping excursions.
Guests find the rooms to be spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The accommodations are well-appointed, featuring ample charger points to meet the needs of modern travelers. The rooms are complemented by spacious bathrooms with excellent showers, adding to the overall comfort. Although the hotel lacks an in-house kitchen, the quality of the rooms makes up for this drawback.
The breakfast experience at the hotel receives mixed reviews. While some guests praise the offerings, others find the quality inconsistent. A notable issue is the lack of an in-house restaurant, resulting in breakfast being outsourced from a neighboring hotel. This occasionally leads to unsatisfactory food conditions, such as meals delivered in polythene bags and instances of previous night's food being served. Overall, there is a clear need for improvement in both the consistency and quality of the breakfast service.
Cleanliness is another area with varied feedback. Although some guests report clean rooms, many others highlight issues such as foul smells from toilets, pervasive cigarette smoke, high presence of mosquitoes and dirty washrooms. These concerns suggest that the overall cleanliness standards need attention.
The hotel's staff are frequently commended for their cooperative and courteous behavior. Guests appreciate the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness, despite a few instances of rudeness at reception. The cooperative nature and good service provided by the staff are noted as positive aspects of the hotel.
In summary, FabHotel Keerthi's Anupama - Nr Indira Gandhi Stadium stands out for its prime location and comfortable rooms. However, improvements in breakfast quality and overall cleanliness would enhance the guest experience. The attentive and courteous staff add a positive touch to the stay, making the hotel a commendable option for visitors.
