Kennedy Hospitality Resort in Marrakech, located in the upscale Hivernage neighborhood, offers a well-rounded experience that combines convenience, tranquility and exceptional service, making it an attractive option for both leisure and business travelers. Guests consistently highlight its prime location, a short walk from major attractions such as Menara Mall, Gueliz and Jamaa el-Fnaa, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.
The resort's lush gardens and well-maintained pool area provide a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle with beautiful green spaces adding a relaxing charm. While opinions on breakfast are mixed, many guests praise the variety and quality of the offerings, describing it as hearty and delicious, even though some note issues with organization and variety.
Dinner options, particularly at the snack bar, receive positive mentions for the quality of food and accommodating service. However, guests suggest that menu diversity could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience. Rooms are generally clean and spacious with comfortable beds, though many note the need for updates and better air conditioning.
Cleanliness is highly commended overall with the attentive cleaning staff ensuring well-maintained common areas and rooms, although there are some reports of inconsistencies. The resort's staff consistently receive high praise for their friendliness and responsiveness, specifically spotlighting individuals like Aziz and Abdu for their outstanding service.
WiFi service at the hotel is a significant drawback with many guests reporting poor connectivity, limited primarily to the lobby area. On the other hand, the pool area is a standout feature, appreciated for its relaxing ambiance, clean facilities and beautiful surrounding gardens, creating a comfortable environment for guests.
Families find the resort particularly welcoming, thanks to its family-friendly atmosphere and attentive service to children. Comfortable beds contribute positively to guest experiences, despite occasional issues with bedding comfort.
While the resort provides good value for money and is often appreciated for its helpful staff and cleanliness, it does not fully meet the expectations of a true four-star hotel. There are notable areas for improvement, including room renovations and enhanced amenities such as in-room tea and coffee service, reliable WiFi and better breakfast offerings.
Overall, Kennedy Hospitality Resort stands out for its excellent location, beautiful surroundings and commendable service, making it a favorable choice for travelers, despite needing upgrades to truly align with four-star standards.

Nestled within the serene surroundings of Kenzi Rose Garden, the spa at this hotel garners a mix of accolades and critiques from guests. Visitors frequently extol the spa's amenities, describing the facilities as great and perfect for relaxation. Many guests highlight the spa's incredible and luxury services with the hammam and massage experiences receiving specific praise for their quality and relaxing nature. Others found the heated pool and the spa area overall quite appealing with some even noting the fantastic views and the professionalism of the spa staff.
However, some aspects of the spa experience are less favorable. Certain reviews pointed out that the spa can be noisy and a few guests felt the service quality did not meet expectations, citing issues such as unavailability of appointments after 6pm despite advertised hours until 9pm and instances where spa appointments were not honored. Additionally, some reviews touched on the higher-than-average prices for massages and other services, suggesting that the costs do not always reflect the value received. There were also mentions of the spa facilities being lower in grade compared to similar services and the location of the spa building being inconvenient for those with luggage.

Hotel Riu Tikida Garden - Adults Only - All Inclusive has received mixed reviews regarding its spa facilities. On the bright side, the spa is well-regarded for its reasonable pricing and variety of massage treatments available. Visitors particularly recommend the massages, highlighting notably good experiences with specific staff such as Hasma and Karima. The beauty salon also stood out as a perfect spot for pampering.
The spa facilities themselves are described as beautiful and the combination of spa and gym facilities received positive remarks. However, multiple reviews pointed out that access to key features such as the Sauna and Hammam comes at an extra cost, which some guests might find disappointing.
On the downside, several guests felt that the spa experience was below expectations. Complaints included rushed and mass-produced treatments, the use of misleading time durations for services and persistently negative interactions with the spa staff, described as unfriendly and unhelpful. Some guests also found the spa prices to be too high, especially when compared to local alternatives in Marrakech, leading to a less relaxing and unsatisfactory experience overall.
Despite the mix of experiences, the spa remains a recommended feature for those who are looking to enjoy a decent massage or beauty treatment during their stay, but it's advisable to manage expectations and double-check the details of the services offered.
