Z Hotel Meknes presents a mixed impression regarding its four-star rating. The hotel is described as modern, spacious, and very comfortable, earning praise for aspects such as deserving its four stars and even being worthy of a five-star level of service. However, some reviews express a strong disagreement with its star rating, suggesting that the hotel falls short of the expected standards for a four-star establishment. Critics highlight a lack of true service and helpful staff, which they perceive as inconsistent with the hotel's advertised quality. While the facilities evoke comfort and modernity for some guests, this is contrasted by feedback indicating that the hotel's presentation does not match the reality of a 4-star experience. Overall, while parts of the hotel offer high-quality service, there's a noticeable divide in visitor opinions on whether it truly meets its four-star billing.
