Some guests reported having the pool mostly to themselves, making it a great private experience. The spa area with its sauna, pool and whirlpool is fantastic, but the water in some areas was too cold for some guests. However, the addition of hand towels for pool use was a nice touch. Overall, guests found the pool and spa area functional and well-designed within the Burgambiente of the hotel.
