The pools offer a lovely view and the ambiance of the area is perfect for relaxation. The environment, decoration and heated pools get a particular mention from impressed guests. The warm outdoor pools are certainly the best and provide a great opportunity to unwind till midnight. However, some guests felt that the spa time could have been extended to checkout time. There was also an unfortunate incident where a stranger ordered drinks using a guest's room name. Overall, it is clear that the hotel has put in a lot of effort to ensure a great swimming experience with fine pools. Guests who visited the pool area are looking forward to returning again.
