Situated in the vibrant heart of Portsmouth, the Hilton Garden Inn offers various amenities, though recent guest experiences have noted some limitations regarding the pool facilities. Several guests were disappointed with the pool being temporarily unavailable, affecting plans such as birthday celebrations. While there are mentions of the pool being clean and appealing, its availability was inconsistent, and minor inconveniences like limited seating options around the pool were noted. The hotel management appears to face challenges in maintaining consistent operation of both the pool and gym facilities, which have been closed or crowded at times. Despite these setbacks, the clean environment of the pool area maintains its appeal, though prospective guests might check with the hotel for real-time status updates when planning their stay.
