The friendly and knowledgeable guy working at the pool area is a plus, however, the pool seating was limited and there were no fresh towels available. It's worth noting that pools don't open until 9 am so early birds will have to wait a bit. While some thought the pool areas were okay, kids loved the pools and the neglect of the pool area didn't bother them as much.
