The hotel staff is quick to respond to any issues and the portable bathrooms provided are also clean. While some guests have noted minor issues such as dirty windows and lack of cleaning for Covid, the hotel staff is always on top of their cleaning regimen. Although some reviewers found large spiders in their room and the bathroom door made of a weird large wooden lever that could not be sanitized caused some concern, these are issues that are hard to control. Finally, while there were some issues with the television losing its picture, guests often come to Crystal Mountain for a retreat away from technology.
