The kids’ pool is separate and offers super warm water for little ones to enjoy. Guests who prefer some privacy can use the adults-only pool. However, one reviewer pointed out that they were disappointed with the service at the pool and another complained that the chairs and lounges were old and uncomfortable. Despite a few negative comments on cleanliness, most reviewers rated the pools as really good, nice, fantastic and great, though some did suggest that the pools could be better cleaned at night. The spa pool is available and usually sold out by 4 pm. While some guests found the pool area hard to find, others thought it was great, pleasing and offered plenty of parking.
