Travelers seeking a luxurious stay may find Fletcher Hotel - Restaurant Elzenduin less opulent than anticipated. The establishment is marketed as a four-star hotel, yet many guests have expressed concerns about its veracity. The hotel's charm was compared to that of a youth hostel, indicating a stark contrast between expectations and reality. Guests noted the breakfast buffet lacked variety and was underwhelming, not aligning with the premium pricing. The hotel's overall condition seemed worn out, suggesting a pressing need for renovation to meet the standards typically associated with four-star accommodations. Pricing, at €200 per night, was deemed inappropriate for the level of comfort and luxury offered, which should reflect the images on their website. Generally, guests felt that the hotel was more akin to a two-star establishment, giving it a thumbs down for recommendations.
