Hotel Dandy Rouen Centre offers a solid three-star experience with fair value and typical amenities one might expect from this category. The hotel provides reasonable pricing reflective of its three-star perks, making it a decent value for money. Guests have noted, however, that the facilities are somewhat outdated and the hotel would benefit from some renovation to maintain its rating. Despite its old-fashioned decor, it stands as a reliable three-star property suitable for travelers seeking a moderate yet comfortable stay. The breakfast offerings, while simplistic, complement the overall three-star framework. With a bit more effort put into modernizing the interiors, the hotel could more accurately reflect its star rating.
