The Super 8 by Wyndham High Point/Greensboro offers a convenient and comfortable stay for guests, highlighted by its prime location and thoughtful amenities. Situated close to major highways, dining options, gas stations and shopping destinations, the hotel’s proximity to Greensboro and quiet, peaceful surroundings make it an attractive choice for travelers. The manager and staff are frequently praised for their friendliness and exceptional service, contributing to an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
Guests generally find the rooms to be clean, spacious and well-decorated with modern amenities that enhance the comfort of their stay. Many commend the comfortable beds and additional features like pull-out love seats and huge jacuzzi tubs, which are particularly enjoyed after long drives. Despite some occasional maintenance and cleanliness issues, such as dirt under beds or loose tiles, the overall sentiment is positive, underscoring the good price point and modern design of the accommodations.
Cleanliness throughout the property is mostly well-received with many noting the well-maintained environment and comfortable settings. However, there are occasional reports of issues, particularly in the bathrooms, where some guests encountered mold and dirtiness. Positive interactions with the staff further elevate the guest experience, making it memorable and pleasant despite these minor setbacks.
While breakfast receives mixed reviews with some appreciating the convenience and others critiquing the limited selection and food quality, it is an area noted for potential improvement. Extending breakfast hours and enhancing the freshness and variety of items could significantly enhance this aspect of the stay.
Overall, the Super 8 by Wyndham High Point/Greensboro provides clean, comfortable accommodations with convenient access to various amenities and excellent customer service, making it a favorable choice for travelers.
