The Village Hotel Bournemouth boasts fantastic pool and gym facilities with access available for a small fee. Guests can enjoy a lovely swimming pool, complete with jacuzzi and steam room, although some found the steam room to be out of order. The pool itself was very nice and kept clean, but some felt the swimming attendance wasn't attentive enough. However, families may find it difficult to enjoy the pool together, as one half is reserved for swimmers and can become quite crowded. Despite this, kids still loved the pool and many guests found the use of the pool and gym to be a great added bonus during their stay. It's worth noting that some guests experienced issues with the pool hours and management. All in all, if you're looking to take a dip during your stay, the Village Hotel Bournemouth's pool facilities are worth checking out.

The Passford House Hotel boasts a delightful swimming pool with both indoor and outdoor options. Guests can enjoy a heated indoor pool area or take a dip in the great outdoor swimming pool. Although the outdoor swimming pool was closed during our visit, the indoor swimming pool was reasonable and enjoyable. The pool was mentioned positively multiple times with guests describing it as lovely, amazing and warm and clean. Families with children were particularly fond of the pool, as the kids loved it and found it fun to use. However, some guests found the indoor pool to be disappointingly small with a shower area that was reminiscent of outdated ones from the 60s. Despite this, the indoor pool was still considered a treat by others. Some guests also noted that the outdoor pool was closed during their visit or that they were disappointed to find it shut after thinking they would have access to it. Overall, the Passford House Hotel's pool was a nice touch with both indoor and outdoor options available.

Burley Manor offers a beautiful outdoor pool area with comfy rattan loungers and lovely scenery, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing stay. However, there have been some negative reviews about the pool's cleanliness and the difficulty of finding it due to a dirty fence. Some guests were disappointed to find the pool closed indefinitely or unavailable during their stay, while others were unable to use it due to dangerous chemical levels or its green and dirty state. Unfortunately, the spa facilities were also closed on some occasions, leading to poor facilities overall. Despite these issues, the pool and terrace were praised by some guests as a great setting and absolute bonus to their stay.
