The hotel has everything you need for a great vacation, including activities for kids, such as hiking, climbing, swimming and sauna. Many families with grandparents were spotted enjoying the amenities. The Walsercard is a great addition to your vacation and the included transportation was a huge plus. The comfort double rooms are spacious and have great views. Starting at 6 pm, families with children can enjoy the hotel's activities, but some families reported rude behavior from other guests towards their children. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the kids' club was closed, but the playground was open. The hotel offers something for everyone and the meal options were both varied and high-quality. Overall, no complaints to be had.
