Guests have enjoyed the great views of the mountains and the pleasant rooms. The hotel has exceeded expectations with its friendly staff and good food. The beachfront location is definitely a highlight and offers great value for money. However, some guests have suggested a few additions to make it better, such as air conditioning which is rare in south island accommodation. Overall, guests have had a great time and would highly recommend the hotel, despite the lack of Sky sport TV which some may find disappointing.
