The hotel is appreciated for being pet-friendly and provides a tranquil setting despite being close to essential amenities.
The breakfast is generally good, with offerings included in the stay and a decent level of comfort from the beds. However, the breakfast could benefit from more variety and attention to fresh ingredients, as some guests found the selection limited and repetitive.
Rooms at the hotel deliver a mixed experience. While certain areas, like the bathroom, maintain cleanliness, the overall room environment can be impacted by outdated interiors and persistent odors. Despite these concerns, many guests still find the rooms clean and comfortable, which, coupled with the strategic location, adds to the hotel's appeal.
Cleanliness across the hotel varies, with many guests appreciating the clean common areas and the fresh appearance of newly painted spaces. The staff's consistent effort to maintain these areas enhances the guest experience. However, some cleanliness issues in the rooms, such as dirty towels and stained carpets, have been noted and highlight areas for improvement.
Staff service is a standout feature, with guests frequently praising the team's welcoming demeanor and helpfulness. The front desk staff, including individuals like Krystal, receive commendations for their polite and efficient service, contributing positively to the guest experience.
