Chewton Glen Hotel is a luxurious hotel located in a visually appealing location with beautiful grounds. While guests had mixed experiences with the breakfast and dinner offerings, they generally enjoyed the excellent spa facility, comfortable and well-designed rooms and impeccable service from the friendly and helpful staff. The spa was particularly notable with outstanding facilities and first-class pools available. While some guests found the rooms lacking the "wow factor" and the meals overpriced, the majority found Chewton Glen Hotel to be an excellent destination for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The NICI New Forest is a beautiful location for a short break away with stunning views and plenty of things to do and see nearby. The resort offers a variety of accommodation options, including spacious and comfortable apartments and cottages, although some guests found the rooms to be dated and in need of modernization. The spa facilities were also mixed with some guests finding them basic and others enjoying the treatments. The indoor and outdoor pools were a highlight for many guests, although some found the outdoor pool to be too cold. Overall, The NICI New Forest is a great family venue with plenty of facilities to enjoy, although some areas could do with an update to meet modern standards.
