Guest House SOTNI is a highly recommended establishment offering a tranquil escape on the outskirts of Kyiv, situated in a quiet residential area. Despite its distance from the city center, the nearby metro stations such as Akademmistechko and Akademgorodok ensure easy access to public transportation, while private parking and close proximity to major roads like the Zhytomyr highway make it an ideal spot for those with vehicles or on business trips.
The breakfast at Guest House SOTNI receives largely positive feedback for taste and service, particularly praising the omelets, cheesecakes and the pleasant hostess. Although the selection could be more varied, the affordability and ability to pre-order breakfast are appreciated. The on-site café extends this positive culinary experience, offering delicious and nutritious homemade meals like Greek salad and pasta carbonara at reasonable prices, served until 22:00 for guest convenience.
Rooms at Guest House SOTNI are commended for their cleanliness, modern amenities and cozy ambiance. Well-furnished and equipped with air conditioning, refrigerators, TVs and sometimes hairdryers and washing machines, the rooms cater to both relaxation and business needs. Although some guests noted issues such as thin walls or occasional water pressure problems, the overall comfort and convenience of the rooms remain a highlight.
Cleanliness is a standout feature with guests regularly noting the pristine condition and regular thorough cleaning of the rooms. This high standard of cleanliness extends to the facilities and common areas, contributing to a comfortable and inviting stay.

Their readiness to assist and excellent communication skills, particularly in English, make for a warm and hospitable environment. Free Wi-Fi is available with mixed reviews on its reliability. While some guests enjoy fast and stable connections, others report issues with coverage quality, suggesting room for improvement.
