Parkview Hotels & Resorts presents itself visibly as a five-star hotel with noteworthy features in room furnishings and an overall resort experience that aligns with 4-5 star standards. Guests have commended the impeccable service, highlighting a commendable aspect of the hotel's operations. The gym also receives positive mentions, reflecting well on the facilities provided.
However, there are areas needing improvement to fully meet five-star expectations. The breakfast offering has been a recurring point of contention with several guests expressing disappointment over the limited options and quality that do not match other five-star establishments. Additionally, some reviews indicate that the overall amenities and luxurious touches fall short of true five-star quality, suggesting that the hotel needs to better organize and elevate its facilities and services to meet higher standards. Staff training has also been noted as below expected levels, further impacting the overall five-star experience.
