The spa is wonderful and guests have great things to say about it. They describe the wellness facilities as excellent, beautiful, nice and fijn (Dutch for "nice" or "pleasant"). Several guests loved the pool and sauna, which they found to be beautiful and wonderful. Despite one guest's complaint about noise from the spa equipment, most guests found the spa area to be relaxing and enjoyable. Some even had the spa to themselves, which made their experience even better. While one guest had a problem with the sauna and steam room being off and cold when they tried to use them, most guests did not have any such issues. They highly recommend taking advantage of the wellness facilities if you can. Even those who didn't get a chance to use the pool and sauna were impressed by how they looked. Overall, the spa at Boutique Hotel Jersey seems to be a real highlight of guests' stays.
