Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool at Mantra Pandanas receives high praise for its overall appeal and ambiance. Guests frequently comment on its cleanliness and the refreshing experience it offers, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The pool area is described as a pleasant and relaxing space, often admired for its cool views and accommodating staff. The location on the 6th floor adds a unique vantage point, enhancing the poolside experience.
However, several visitors have encountered frustrations due to periods of unavailability caused by renovations and maintenance. Many felt disappointed not being informed beforehand about these closures, which affected their stay. Additionally, while the pool is generally well-received, some guests noted it could be chilly, possibly limiting its use. Despite these occasional setbacks, the pool remains a highlight for many patrons, adding a pleasing element to their accommodations.
