Breakfast at the hotel garners mixed reviews; while many enjoy the variety and quality, especially the pastries and fresh fruits, others find it somewhat repetitive and lacking in options. The breakfast room, especially the terrace on the 7th floor, is appreciated for its delightful ambiance and views. Guests also commend the friendly breakfast staff. However, some concerns about cleanliness and noise levels in the breakfast area were noted.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel is highly praised. The housekeeping team ensures rooms and common areas are kept tidy and hygienic, contributing to a comfortable and fresh stay. Minor issues regarding certain areas like the pool and some rooms are occasionally mentioned, but the general perception remains positive.
The staff at the hotel stands out for their exceptional service and friendliness. Guests describe them as knowledgeable, attentive and eager to help, from reception to housekeeping, which significantly enhances the overall guest experience.
Free Wi-Fi, while appreciated for its availability, receives mixed feedback concerning its reliability and strength with some guests encountering intermittent connectivity issues.
The hotel's pool area, located on the rooftop, provides a serene escape with pleasant views, despite being relatively small. The pool is well-maintained and offers a resort-like atmosphere, especially enjoyed during the summer. However, some maintenance and availability issues have been raised.
Situated in a lively neighborhood known for its bustling nightlife, the hotel's location is perfect for those keen on experiencing the local entertainment scene. While this can result in nighttime noise, the dynamic setting remains a significant draw for many guests.
The beds receive widespread acclaim for their comfort and quality with many guests highlighting the luxurious and restful sleep experience they provide.
While the hotel is advertised as a four-star facility, some guests feel that certain aspects, such as building finishes and breakfast offerings, fall short of this rating, suggesting it aligns more closely with a three-star standard.
Overall, 'Dazzler by Wyndham Buenos Aires Palermo' is a highly recommended option offering a blend of comfort, convenience and vibrant local culture, ensuring a memorable stay for its guests.
