Villas and Apartments Oaza is nestled in a serene forest setting, providing guests with a peaceful and conveniently located retreat near the airport. Its tranquil ambiance, enhanced by lush outdoor gardens, offers a beautiful backdrop ideal for relaxation and exploration of local attractions such as Vrelo Bosne. The convenient access to essential services and restaurants makes it an excellent choice for travelers seeking both tranquility and convenience.

The beds are often highlighted for their comfort, contributing to a restful sleep experience. Complimentary and accessible parking adds to the property's appeal, providing guests with peace of mind and ease of access during their stay.
However, the overall experience is somewhat marred by cleanliness concerns and inconsistent service quality. While some accommodations and public areas are well-maintained, others suffer from cleanliness issues such as insects, cobwebs, and unpleasant odors. The breakfast offering is mixed, with some guests enjoying a delicious and generous meal, while others find it lacking in variety and cleanliness.
The staff service garners mixed reviews, with commendation for the kindness and helpfulness of some team members, contrasted by criticism of the reception staff's rudeness and inadequacy. Improvements in staff training and service mentality are necessary to enhance guest satisfaction.
In conclusion, Villas and Apartments Oaza presents a charming stay with its ideal location, spacious accommodations, and pleasant atmosphere, but attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality is essential to meet and exceed guest expectations.
